The temple remains closed between 1:30 PM and 4:30 PM. It reopens at 4:30 PM.

- 9:00 PM to 9:15 PM: Thrippuka, Olavayana
- 9:15 PM: The Sreekovil closes. On days with Special Illuminations (Vilakku), Thrippuka is performed afterward. The Sreekovil closes after Thrippuka. Following this, Krishnanattam, a traditional dance-drama depicting the life of Lord Krishna, is performed on designated days.
