A golden crown, weighing 200.53 grams and crafted in Dubai, was recently offered at the Kotamuri Dwarka section of the revered Guruvayur Temple in Changanassery. Devotee Ratheesh Mohan presented this precious gift during a ceremony where the crown was dedicated to the Lord for the pantheeradi pooja and uchapooja rituals. This isn’t Ratheesh’s first significant offering; last October, he also dedicated a golden flute to the deity.
The ceremonial crown presentation was received by Brahmashree Mallissery Parameswaran Namboothiripad, a respected member of the temple and the Devaswom Bharana Samiti. The Devaswom committee extended their blessings to Ratheesh Mohanan by gifting him prasad, which included the sacred tirumudi mala, kalabham, fruit, and sugar. The event was attended by prominent temple officials, including Deputy Administrator Pramod Kalarikal and Assistant Manager A. V. Prashant, along with Ratheesh’s family and many devoted followers.
Guruvayurappan was adorned with the golden crown during the pantheeradi pooja and uchapooja, filling the Guruvayur Temple with a divine aura and the warmth of devotion.
